The U13 Craven Week & Academy Week digital programme uses a small number of cookies — just enough to sign you in and keep your pass working. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.

Cookies we use

• cw_user— keeps you signed in after you enter your email login code, so you don't have to log in on every visit.
• cw_device— links your pass to this device (one active device per pass), so a single pass can't be shared endlessly.
• cw_admin — only set for tournament administrators when they sign in to the admin area.

These are strictly necessary— the programme can't function without them — so they don't require consent.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Paystack, which may set its own cookies on its secure payment pages. We never see or store your card details. See Paystack's own privacy and cookie notices for how they handle this.

Analytics

We use our own first-party analytics to understand how the programme is used (for example which sections are opened) so we can improve it. This runs on our own servers, counts activity in aggregate, sets no additional cookies beyond the sign-in cookies above, and is never shared with third parties. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
