Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every supporter to get exactly what they paid for. If something isn't right, please contact us — we respond quickly and we'll always try to make it right.
What you're paying for
The digital programme is a single once-off purchase of R30that unlocks access to the 2026 U13 Craven Week & Academy Week digital programme — live fixtures and results, team rosters, the official booklet, and tournament updates. It is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges, and access is granted immediately after payment.
Cancellation
Because the pass is a once-off purchase rather than a subscription, there is nothing recurring to cancel and you will never be billed again. If you bought a pass by mistake or changed your mind before using it, email us and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
We will gladly issue a full refund where:
- you were charged more than once, or paid by accident; or
- you are unable to access the programme and we are unable to resolve it for you.
Because the pass grants immediate access to a live, time-limited event, other refund requests are considered at our discretion — but please do reach out, as we'd rather help than leave you unhappy. Most “I can't log in” issues are resolved within minutes once you contact us.
How to request a refund
Email cravenweek@stratcon.solutions from (or quoting) the email address you paid with, along with your Paystack payment reference (it looks like cw_…, shown on your confirmation). We aim to respond within one business day, and faster during the tournament. Approved refunds are processed through Paystack back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us first at cravenweek@stratcon.solutions so we can put it right. We take every concern seriously and will work with you to reach a fair outcome.
