Privacy Notice

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to give you access to the digital programme, and we don't sell your information.

What we collect

• Your email address — to send your login code and your purchase confirmation, and to link your pass to you.
• Payment confirmation — processed by Paystack. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded; we never see or store your card details.
• Minimal technical data — the cookies described in our Cookie Policy, used to keep you signed in.
• Aggregate usage analytics — which sections and features are used, so we can improve the programme. This is kept on our own servers, counted in aggregate, and never shared with third parties.

Why we use it

To give you access to your pass, email you login codes and receipts, keep the programme secure, and help you if you run into trouble.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the programme work: Paystack (payments) and our email provider(to deliver your login codes). We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the tournament and a reasonable period afterwards for support and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
